It constitutes an innovative project in the creation of rural accommodation, Heritage enhancement, dynamization of the tourist offer and diversification of quality infrastructure, leisure, experience and conviviality in the surrounding farms.

The packages available, the activities, the tourist and cultural tours, the swimming pool, itineraries, restaurants in the region, workshops, among other offers provided by Monte da Ribeira and partnerships with other tourist associations, provide greater comfort, knowledge, leisure and different from the service we offer, so that our guest can enjoy a unique and unforgettable moment.

This project has as its policy the mutual help and cooperation between private and public entities, in order to diversify the region. Monte da Ribeira offers agricultural activities complementary to the accommodation with the active participation of guests, teaching and demonstrating the work and agricultural practice, the traditions and culture of the region. Monte da Ribeira intends to transmit all the wisdom and knowledge of regional products and the region’s tradition that it admires and preserves so much.

The Monte da Ribeira – Agroturismo project has as its main objective to boost the tourist development of the region, adding value to activities in rural areas. Under this premise, the project is an initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Land Planning, co-financed by FEADER, within the scope of PRODER.
